If not, you probably bonded out and you will still have to serve at least this amount of time. There are many variables as to the amount of total time you will serve, but the two biggest factors are the total number of offenses and your blood alcohol content. If this is your 1st offense and your blood alcohol content is only slightly above .08 you will probably only serve 48 hours. Once again this is subject to the fact that there were no minors in the vehicle, and you were not involved in an accident where someone was hurt or killed. If this is your 2nd or 3rd offense, plan on spending the better part of 1 year in jail.
